Content Bloom is a close-knit international company with the headquarters based out of Halifax, Nova Scotia.
We're an enterprise consulting agency who works for big name clients (we're not the type to name drop but think known names and fortune 500s) using our expertise to build applications and integrate them with enterprise Content Management Systems (primarily RWS Tridion, Sitecore, and AEM).
As part of the sales team and working closely with the marketing team, you will be responsible for achieving lead generation and new business targets by using a range of inside sales and Account Based Marketing techniques.
You will support in the sourcing of new business leads and grow relationships with prospects on an ongoing and consistent basis, nurturing them into tangible opportunities for the Sales Director in line with agreed targets.
You will also be responsible for qualifying inbound and marketing qualified leads against specified criteria.
This is a remote role.
To be successful in this role, it is imperative to have an inquisitive, commercially focused mind.
You must undertake research to fully understand a prospect's business and build personalized engagement strategies which demonstrate Content Bloom's capabilities.
You must be flexible in your communication approach, ask the right questions and network throughout a prospect's company to reach the senior stakeholders.
You are consultative in your approach, brilliant at building relationships, and adept at nurturing.

Qualifications - What you need to get the job:
Bachelor's degree in Business or similar professional qualification Minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar role Experience in lead generation for the digital agency sector/digital services- based organization Excellent written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Comfortable engaging with prospects on the phone Knows about DXP and MarTech platforms Has worked in the agency space Always apply a confident, can-do attitude Identify, target and nurture prospects which fit client criteria Experience in managing the qualification of marketing qualified leads against specified criteria Can demonstrate being a trusted first point of contact for new business marketing qualified leads to conduct a thorough qualification process, providing a detailed handover to the relevant sales director Can collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute engagement strategies to help nurture prospects into tangible opportunities where required Confident using a full range of communication techniques, including telephone calls, email, LinkedIn etc.
to build engagement Organized with a keen eye for detail, always keeping the sales database (HubSpot) up to date and collating monthly new business reports as required by the Manager Although full training will be given, experience of HubSpot (or similar sales CRMs) would be beneficial American Citizenship or authorization to work within the USA Additional perks (beyond loving your new job):

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
