We are seeking an experienced Technical Director to join Raven Production Management Group, a leading fabrication company specializing in immersive environments and experiences.
As the Technical Director, you will be responsible for integrating technology, lighting, audio, and other technical elements into our projects, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional experiences.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the development and implementation of technical projects.
Lead technical teams in the development of new products and services.
Provide technical support to customers and staff.
Develop and maintain technical standards, processes, and procedures.
Lead the technical implementation of technology, lighting, audio, and other technical elements into our projects.
Collaborate with clients, designers, and teams to understand requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
Oversee integration of technical components into physical structures and environments.
Manage a team of technical professionals, fostering collaboration and high performance.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, driving innovation.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
Collaborate with project managers to manage budgets, resources, and timelines.
AV rental and sales leads a plus !
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Technical Theater, Engineering, or related field is a plus Electrical engineering, wiring, and interactive experience (Arduino, Raspberry Pie etc.
) Proven experience as a Technical Director in fabrication or production industry.
Strong technical expertise in lighting, audio systems, video systems, and automation.
Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Passion for emerging technologies and trends in fabrication and production.
