Summary:
Responsible for clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables to maintain a clean and efficient experience for the GuestsWhat does it take to be a Ruby Krewe Member? A firm belief that butter and bacon make everything better! No previous restaurant experience required Remove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for next course Clear tables after guests leave the table Take soiled tableware to dish room and unload, sort, and stack silverware, dishes, glassware, etc.
in designated areas in the soiled dish drop off area Between seating(s) promptly clean tabletops, chairs, and booths - check floor and clean as required.
Reset and arrange tabletop for next party Serve Guests refills as needed - remove used tableware between courses Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed Other Duties:
