Summary:
The Senior Systems Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, reliable IT services to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
You will be responsible for working with a dedicated team of IT professionals, developing strategic plans, and fostering a strong relationship with the client.
The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with excellent technical, communication, and organizational skills.
The Role:
Deliver an exceptional customer experience in all interactions, keeping clients informed and notifying them of incident progress on a regular basis.
Serve as an escalation point, leader, and mentor for other technicians on the team.
Resolve new and escalated tickets, always working toward a final resolution and avoiding band-aid solutioning.
Do what's best for the client! Promote a culture of customer service, respect, and excellence.
Following, evaluating, and updating technical/support procedures.
Resolve network and server related alerts.
Take a proactive approach when solutioning technologies for clients.
Incident management and outage recovery.
Plan and manage project solutioning and implementation.

Minimum 5 years' experience in Information Technology or related fields Certifications preferred - CCNA, VCP, Azure, etc.
Extensive technical skillset working with Servers, Networking, Virtualization, M365, etc.
Excellent customer service skills and professionalism with both internal and external customers.
Proven decision-making skills using sound judgement.
Ability to work under pressure.
MSP Experience (Preferred) 2
years' experience with NOC concepts, practices, and procedures
