Remote Collections Specialist - Banking Open to candidates in one of the cities where we have a branch location:

If you have experience in retail business development in the banking or finance industry, we'd love to hear from you! The Collections Specialist resolves delinquent status of assigned past due loans in accordance with established bank policies and procedures and Federal and State Regulations.
Education /
Experience:
Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school in a Business or related curriculum; or three years of collections related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in a finance related industry.
Working knowledge of commercial, consumer, and mortgage loan documentation is preferred.
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Understanding of basic automation software.
