Director, Research PharmacySchool of Medicine Clinical Trials Research New Orleans, LA Summary The Director Research Pharmacy has overall responsibility of the Research Pharmacy operations in support of outpatient and inpatient clinical investigational drug trials, ensuring safe and effective patient care.
Major responsibilities include oversight, direction and supervision of the day to day operations and is responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in accordance with institutional policies and procedures, and in cooperation with other departments, while following Good Clinical Practice (GCP), FDA and JCAHO requirements.
The position works closely with the Assistant Dean for Clinical Research, the Director of Clinical and Translational Research Unit (CTU), and other departmental leaderships, IRB and Tulane's HRPO.
This is a hands-on position.
Coverage of clinical trials on weekends may be necessary.
Required Qualifications oPharmD from an accredited school of pharmacyo10 years' pharmacist experienceo5 years' management experienceo6 years' experience in both inpatient and outpatient clinical investigational drug trialsoCurrent pharmacist license and in good standing Preferred Qualifications oSpecific experience in clinical trialsoPrior hospital pharmacy experienceoAbility to interact with others internal and external to organization Recommended Skills Clinical Research Clinical Trials Clinical Works Good Clinical Practices (Gcp) Health Care Hospital Pharmacy Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
