Some duties necessary to accomplish the expected level of service includes / may include:
Clear and pleasant communication with all guests.

remember their names, get to know their travel plans, interests in the area, etc.
) Record keeping of maintenance requests, house keeping status, guest inquires, check-ins and check-outs, etc.
Cleaning of common spaces, front desk, lobby, conference room, kitchen area, etc.
Maintaining a well organized and sanitized work space.
Resourceful thinking and problem solving when faced with guests requests.
Fulfillment / resolution of basic guest requests (i.
e.
an extra pillow, towel, toiletries, key card issues, room turning, etc.
) Cleaning all the guest rooms and spaces to the extent which management has established for you.
