Office Associate
We are looking for a Office Clerk to type information into our database from paper documents. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. You will report to a data manager or another senior data team member. Understanding of data confidentiality principles is compulsory. The company will rely on you for having accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database. Responsibilities oYour mission is to work closely with the other team members to handle telephone calls and requests received by email from customers oYou must have a thorough knowledge of the products and services offered by the company to its customers to not only manage customer requests but also increase customer satisfaction oThis person's main mission is to inform, manage and develop customer loyalty oAnswering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services oResponding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued oBuilding lasting relationships with clients and other call centre team members based on trust and reliability oUnderstanding and striving to meet or exceed call centre metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service oDeliver the highest level of customer service by appropriately providing up to date knowledge about all products and services, as well as answer customer questions and concerns, passing any valid site issues up line for review Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Confidentiality Customer Satisfaction Customer Service Databases Metrics Apply to this job.
