As an Inside Sales professional, you'll spend your days providing metal solutions both over the phone and in person.

Responsibilities:
Acknowledge and respond in a timely fashion to all order requests, submitted quotes, and delivery follow-up Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication Recognize opportunities to generate sales leads and develop new customers Support the achievement of sales targets, manage stock control and gross margins Complete other assigned duties in support of operations Assist in drop piece management and organization Manage tasks and time effectively throughout the day Learn the materials and product families that you are selling
Qualifications:
Customer service experience Sales acumen Computer skills, including typing, MS Office, and Point of Sale software Clear communication and effective listening skills Exceptional telephone skills and etiquette Fluent in written and spoken English Strong math skills - fractions, geometry, material utilization Personal time and task management skills Have you always had a natural way with people? Do you love to help? Are you good with your hands and value great customer service? Do you think yes before no? Are you solutions driven and take pride in customer satisfaction?
