As a Restaurant Manager for us, you would be responsible for guest relations, keeping an eye out for the best hourly staff, and ensuring the quality of our meals is up to par.
We''re currently looking for a Restaurant General Manager at one of our New Orleans locations! This person should have an abundance of energy and ability to tackle all challenges head-on.
REQUIREMENTS
4
years of current Upscale Casual Restaurant General Manager experience
High Volume background required; must have GM experience in restaurants doing over $5 million per year
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees and Management
Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the
community
Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
