at Wyndham Vacation Ownership. As a employee in our sales center you are not only a sales representative, but also a
real estate
agent, a tour guide, and a vacation counselor, providing your guest with the fantastic opportunity to have the vacations of their dreams and a catapult to memories for their families that will last a lifetime.
Training and Development
At Wyndham Vacation Ownership our success is dependent on your success and we go the extra mile to ensure you are prepared to be successful for the long term. All newly hired sales professionals must successfully complete a two week training course that has been described ( by those outside of Wyndham) as being the best in the business. We continue your education with a series of 13 weekly training modules designed to make our sales representative as well rounded in our industry as possible.
If your career aspirations are to move into a managerial role, you should consider starting as a Sales Representative. A majority of Sales Managers, Senior Sales Managers, and Directors of Sales started with us as successful Sales Representatives.
Education and Experience
No sales experience required but it is a plus
High School Diploma or GED required and must be at least 18 years of age to apply
