Installs, tests, troubleshoots, and maintains field communications network transmission systems related to customer orders, network, and infrastructure expansions.
Good understanding on installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Responsible for telecom installation and maintenance standards.
Ensures correct operation of network and top customer satisfaction with services provided.
Strong working knowledge of products, and the equipment delivery method of these products. Job Description
Primary monitoring and escalation point for identification, troubleshooting and resolution of events affecting customer production environments
5 years plus experience in fiber optic sensor or system assembly and testing
Competence in using standard fiber optic preparation and splicing equipment, and OTDRs
Must have hands-on experience with optical devices & DWDM, CWDM, SONET technologies.
Understanding of different types of amplifiers
