Customer Service Representative


Looking for highly detailed go-getter to work with our exciting team! We currently work with numerous NFL, MLB, NBA, and Collegiate Athletics organizations across the country and are looking for someone to help us provide top-notch customer service. Must love people and developing relationships!

Write up work orders and turns them into Traffic Manager
Filling out appropriate paperwork for an order (Vendor sheet, Install, CPU slip, packing slips)
Communication with client on due date, confirmation on order description, file/art location and proof approval.
Meet and greet clients who walk in and assist them
2nd in line to answer phone calls if RECP/AA is busy with a client or on another line.
Inside sales calls
Answering customers questions- Quoting, material questions, lead time, status of jobs and billing.
Accept payments on invoices
Completing work orders, billing changes, purchase order numbers, changes made during order process.
Contacting clients when orders are completed.
When needed an extra hand to help complete orders in production (this will be directed by the owners or managers)

ASSISTANT TO A SALES PERSON/OWNER
Assist in the sales person's accounts- keeping in touch with clients needs, quotes, PO#'s, and delivery.
When the SP/O is not available the CSR accepts phone calls for them.
Is to be knowledgeable about all orders and installs the SP has in house.
Develop leads for Business Development Reps

The CSR is overseen by Sales, Traffic Manager and Sales Person/Owner they assistEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
