Engineer
To service and maintain all related machinery in the Boiler Plant and hospital complex. To provide general maintenance to patient rooms, nursing units and other areas. Credentials to include Second Class Boiler and A/C Refrigeration Stationary Engineer's certifications from the City of New Orleans required. Additional certifications desired. Must be able to operate building automation system; climb ladders; handle heavy lifting; work in crawl spaces, tunnels and tight areas that may be dirty and noisy; and, respond quickly during emergency situations.
Licensure 2nd Class Boiler and 2nd Class Air Conditioning Certificates are required. 2nd Class Internal Combustion Certificate is preferred.
