Position is responsible for folding and feeding linen.
Maintain good quality and production standards.
Additional responsibilities include all opening duties.
Maintain a clean work environment.

Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesHand fold terry items, blankets and spreadsPerforms any opening workOperates assigned equipment in accordance with hotel standards and guidelines for safetyFeeds flat work ironTracks productionKeeps assigned area cleanPerforms any closing workEncourages a positive attitude among employees, and treats other employees (and the guests) with courtesy and respectPlus any other duties as assigned by managementSupportive Functions and ResponsibilitiesPromotes and applies teamwork skill at all timesNotifies appropriate individual promptly and fully of all problems and/or unusual matters of significanceIs polite, friendly, and helpful to all guests, management and fellow employeesAttends all appropriate hotel meetings and training sessionsMaintains cleanliness and excellent condition of equipment and work areaExecutes emergency procedures in accordance with hotel standardsComplies with required safety regulations and proceduresComplies with hotel standards, policies and rulesRecycles whenever possibleRemains current with hotel information and changesComplies with hotel uniform and grooming standardsQualificationsMust be able to maintain production reportsMust be able to lift up to 25 poundsMust be flexible to work all shifts, including weekends and holidaysMust be customer-service orientated and have excellent hospitality skillsEducation:
