The other side of the house contains multiple bedrooms (2 currently have queen beds and 1 is serving as an office) and 1 full bathroom. Amenities include a fully furnished kitchen, internet-connected television set, routers for streaming internet content (no cable TV), washer and dryer (located in house-attached covered shed on the back patio), and central AC/heat. There is small patio area in the back of the house and a sitting front porch. Easy access to multiple areas of the city - downtown/French Quarter, Lakeview, Uptown/Carrolton, Broadmoor - as well as I-10. Ample street parking is available (parking right in front of the house is typical). Note: New central AC unit has been installed since photos were taken (window units no longer needed).
